Great house and responsive management team!

Staff members were very helpful in the booking process and quick to respond to all my questions. Check in was smooth.

Loved the physical location of the property. Loved the paved circle in front of the house (safe for the grandchildren to ride their bikes) and the grassy area was perfect for them to pitch a ball or just run around. It was nice to have a screened in front porch to keep away any bugs. The outdoor seating area in the back of the house was a nice touch.

The office was exceptionally friendly and professional. Our reservation from 9 months prior had to be cancelled due to sale of the property and Southern Holiday worked with us to find a replacement on very short notice. They were extremely helpful and I would definitely rent from them again .

The property was clean and well maintained. We had a fabulous stay and I would stay here again!

Sandy Feet Retreat is a gorgeous property that really is exactly like the pictures. Beautifully decorated, great amenities and the water color resort has everything for families in a safe neighborhood. We were very pleased with our stay there.

This was our first time to travel to this part of Florida for Spring Break. It was overwhelming at first trying to find the right spot (location, size of house, our budget, etc). We are definitely returning and hope to you stay here again! Beautiful home. (Porch Swing was my #1 favorite place to be at the house and #2 was the crocodile beach toy, we named him Lyle the Crocodile)

Always received a phone call or text message very quickly back in response! Very nice people to deal with.

We love this area and this house came with all the best amenities the town has to offer! Enjoyed the watercolor beach clubs and the pools were warm and clean

Sandy Feet Retreat was the perfect location for a quick girl's weekend.

All the members of the team were fantastic! Donna was a pleasure to speak with. Gave us great advice on restaurants and met all other needs! Sent a maintenance team member over to address any problems in a blink of an eye! He was wonderful and dropped us a bottle of wine for our troubles.

My family and I stay in Watercolor a couple times a year. Rising Star has been one of our favorite vacation rentals thus far. We would definitely book again!

Beautiful home that is decorated very well. It is also in a great location. We loved the convenience of the golf cart and bikes. We also loved all the porches and different seating options offered. This was one of our favorite things!

Donna Craig was wonderful to work with. She answered questions promptly, before and during the trip.

Three Little Birds is the perfect place to have a family vacation. We enjoyed game time at the dining table and relaxing together on the back porch. The grillers in our family loved the blacktop grill and they made some delicious dinners and breakfasts for everyone. The golf cart and bikes made getting to the beach and local towns convenient, and getting to the pool was an easy walk. We loved every minute of our stay!

The young man, Walker, was wonderful. He can to let us in the garage and upstairs guest quarters as they were on a different door code. He even carried the luggage up for me!!

We had a wonderful family celebration for my husbands 80th birthday! The location was just great! This is a lovely home and the only negative is the pool alarm on the main door but it is state law I understand.

The team members were always easy to contact and very easy to talk to. They resolved any issue we had quickly and without fuss. They were great.

It was a great place for our couples trip and would be great for a big family as well. All the bedrooms having their own bathrooms was wonderful for our group. The location is great. We love all the walking and biking trails and it has easy access to Seaside and Watercolor amenities. The living area was also perfect to all eat together and gather and talk. I would definitely recommend it to others.

This home is a very beautiful property. It was so awesome to have our entire family be able to stay in a single home. The ten grandchildren had the time of their life and the beachside bonfire is something they will never forget.
