Guest access

This gorgeous 7 bedroom 6.5 bath home is a short 1-minute walk directly across 30A to the beach and the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico!  There are no wristbands needed for access, no lines to wait in, and less congestion on the beach here than in surrounding areas!

Multiple families vacationing together makes this home affordable for all and a great place to come together!  This house is perfect for 3-4+ families who want to vacation together in paradise, but to do so in a more affordable way!

As you enter you will be greeted by beautifully appointed coastal decor, with shiplap, crown molding, white quartz counters, high ceilings, and wide plank wood floors throughout. The first floor boasts lockers for kids to store their things and has 3 bedrooms - a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom, a king bedroom and a bunk room with built-in full over full + twin over twin bunks. The king room and bunk room share a spacious bathroom with entrance access from the king room and the hall.

The remainder of the first floor is built for entertaining, with a spacious living area and game room complete with a pool table, foosball table, wet bar with built in fridge and sink, chalkboard wall, couches and a TV! Step outside to the stunning private heated saltwater pool, spa, and pool deck and lounge in the shade or sun! The gate in the backyard gives direct access from the pool to the 30A bike path, and deeded beach access is just across the street and less than a one-minute walk away! This is the perfect location for enjoying the sun, sand and sea all day!

Head up to the 2nd floor where you will find the main living/dining spaces of the home, boasting a dreamy massive open concept chef's kitchen! The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, and 2 full size sinks! The oversized kitchen island has barstool seating for 8 guests and gives more than enough space for large gatherings. The living room and dining spaces are beautifully designed with coastal decor and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that allows loads of natural light in.

Open the sliding doors and merge the interior and exterior spaces! On this 2nd floor balcony you will have a great view of the pool below as well as a built-in outdoor kitchen with gas grill and outdoor living + dining areas. There is one master suite on this level, with a king size bed and private en suite bathroom with large glass shower + rain shower head. Also on this level you will find a darling half bathroom as well as a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers for your use as needed.

Advance to the 3rd level to three additional bedrooms -two master suites and a queen over queen bunk room, all with private en suite bathrooms. The 2 master suites both have king size beds, enormous en suite bathrooms with luxurious soaking tubs, private balcony accesses, and gulf views! Additionally these two king suites each have built in wine/coffee bars with self-filling Keurig coffee makers + mini fridges, making for the perfect start or end to your day!

Free off-street parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway and fully fenced yard.

This location is exceptional and is perfectly positioned a short distance to some of 30A's most treasured and prestigious destinations like Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, both of which are less than 1.5 miles away!

Other things to note

Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.

Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
  • Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Maximum occupancy is enforced.
  • All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian
  • Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.  Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
