The space

In WaterColor, Oak trees canopy the streets, and the abundance of amenities include swimming pools, parks, hiking and biking trails, paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake or Gulf, tennis facilities, pickle ball facilities, observation docks on the lake, fishing, sunbathing on the beach, shopping and dining.

This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home offers two living rooms (one on each floor), and a spacious screened-in front porch below second story master porch, which overlooks Dragonfly Park. There is a master bedroom on each level of the home, and built in office nook downstairs!

From the top-of-the-line appliances to the gorgeous coastal decor and outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing, plus complimentary board games for the family's enjoyment, this fully-equipped home is the perfect spot for memories to be made! There are also 4 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella for guests' use.

There is over 2,300 square feet of living space in this home, making for plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The home boasts stainless steel appliances, a massive breakfast bar with seating and eat-in kitchen, and a spacious dining area that opens to the main floor living space, an office, living rooms on both floors, 2 king bed master bedrooms, and more!

This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more.  Children under 6 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.  

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12):

FIRST FLOOR:
  • Master Bedroom 1: King bed, en suite bathroom with double vanities and glass shower
  • Half Bathroom
SECOND FLOOR:
  • Master Bedroom 2: King bed, en suite bathroom with double vanities + glass shower, and private porch access
  • Guest Bedroom 3: Two queen beds, en suite bathroom with glass shower
  • Guest Bedroom 4: Twin over twin bunk beds, hall bathroom with shower/tub combination
  • Upstairs Second Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa
There is also a pack n' play provided at no charge if needed.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The Dragongfly Pool and hot tub + outdoor fireplace + community grilling area is just steps from the home! The Beach Club is less than 2 miles away, and Camp WaterColor is about a 3 minute bike ride. The ultra desirable and stunning location of this home cannot be beat!!

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note

Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. 

Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.

In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.

There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community.

Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.

Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
  • Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Maximum occupancy is enforced. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
  • The golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.

Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
