It is THE tiny house of 30-A!
'Making Waves' is the most CHARMING house, full of character and just steps to the Seagrove public beach access, Seagrove Market and Surfing Deer restaurant! Also just a short walk to Publix in WaterColor!
This home comes fully equipped with its own private plunge pool for those hot summer days, string lights for ambiance, a BBQ for grilling out, corn hole, outdoor shower + full washer/dryer, claw foot soaking tub, queen size bed, cable TV and more! It truly has it all!
The space
We are in love with this house!
The interior of the home is equipped with a queen size bed, dining table and chairs for two, cable TV, claw foot soaking tub, and kitchenette.
Outside you will find darling outdoor living space with string lights, plunge pool, BBQ grill, corn hole, the outdoor shower, and washer/dryer.

Seagrove’s collection of lush oak trees, magnolias, and laid back, yet luxurious lifestyles makes it a favorite of longtime South Walton visitors. The landscape is complemented by its diverse mix of boutiques, casual cafes and an altogether upbeat ambiance.
A stay in Seagrove is full of adventure! The proximity demands that visitors explore Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake, and biking along the Timpoochee Trail in Seagrove is a preferred way to get around!
In Seagrove, dining at Café Thirty-A is a tradition. This South Walton favorite was one of the first to establish a foothold along Highway 30A. Not far to the west, on Highway 395, Seagrove Village Market is a must for succulent shrimp po-boys and good old nostalgia, having been part of the Seagrove community since 1949.
To the east (overlooking the appropriately named Eastern Lake), Old Florida Fish House is the perfect place for lunch or dinner. You don’t want to miss out on their renowned sushi and live music!
With plenty of shady nooks, beautiful stretches of sun-soaked beach, and lots of fun to go around, Seagrove is the perfect beach community for families looking for a classic Florida vacation vibe - and this house emulates that feel at every turn!

Other things to note
- Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
- Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
- Maximum occupancy is enforced.
- Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
