• Bedroom 4: Bunk room with 2 sets of bunks with twin XL over full XL beds, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination (this room sleeps 6)

There are baby gates and a pack n' play kept in home and available for guests' use at no additional charge.

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and all Seacrest community pools.

There is a complimentary tram that can be used to get to and from the beach that stops right outside the house!

Other things to note

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods for your stay.

• Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will likely be subject to another day's rental fees (please inquire for availability to accommodate).
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is enforced.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
