As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by an open-concept, airy layout that flows seamlessly from room to room! The home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 ½ baths, with the convenience of the master bedroom on the first floor. This bedroom features a King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a walk-in closet, plus access to the covered back deck!

Also on the first floor is the living room, dining room, chef's kitchen boasting top-of-the-line appliances, and a half bathroom for added convenience. Throughout the home, high-end touches like luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom tile accents, and sleek quartz countertops add to the charm.

Heading upstairs, you’ll find three additional King bedrooms, a dedicated office with a built-in desk/storage, plus a flexible room that could be used for additional living or even a playroom!

Located in Treetop, you’ll have exclusive access to a private community pool just steps from your door! With deeded beach access and a tram service that will take you to the pristine beaches of the Villas at Sunset Beach Condos, you’ll never have to worry about parking!

Other things to note

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, + dishwasher pods for your stay.

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East, or to the West, or on Highway 98. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
