The space

Welcome to 'Sunkissed Shores'!

As you walk inside, bright white shiplap walls and hardwood floors create a clean, coastal feel. The main floor features two living areas—one cozy and perfect for movie nights, and a larger space that flows into the dining area and kitchen. The open kitchen is perfect for gathering, with a large island, custom cabinets, a six-burner stove, quartz countertops, and a stylish gray-and-white backsplash. High-end appliances and a spacious walk-in pantry make cooking and storage easy. There is also a half bathroom plus additional full bathroom with a door to the backyard!

Step outside to a fully fenced backyard featuring a beautifully landscaped lawn and private pool, perfect for kids to play. Three sets of French doors connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, leading to a spacious covered porch that runs the length of the home. This outdoor oasis includes a grill, multiple seating areas, and plenty of room for poolside lounging.

The first floor also has a master suite for added convenience, with a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, there is an additional master suite, featuring a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. There is parking for 1 car in the garage (with the golf cart), plus room for another 4-6 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
