The space

This gorgeous home offers a unique beach/coastal dune lake lifestyle with its breathtaking views of Tresca Lake, and just a short walk to the beautiful dune beaches!

As you step outside, you'll be greeted by the heated saltwater pool with stunning lake views, a summer kitchen, fire table on the back deck, and a TV wall—perfect for gathering and unwinding. The expansive decks also offer plenty of space for relaxation and fun!

The first floor features a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line Thermador appliances, a separate wet bar area, and a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows for direct access to the outdoor deck + pool area. The first floor also includes a primary bedroom with a king size bed, Sonos sound system, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

On the second floor, you'll find another primary bedroom with a king size bed, separate Sonos sound system, and spa-like bathroom, as well as a private balcony overlooking Tresca Lake. There are also two more bedrooms on this floor, each with its own separate Sonos sound system and private bathroom with a glass shower. One of these bedrooms includes an alcove furnished with 2 sets of twin over twin bunks.  There is an additional living space on the second floor, with a queen sized sleeper sofa and its own Sonos sound system zone.

The home also includes a two-car garage for convenient storage of vehicles, bikes, and beach gear (6 beach chairs + 2 paddleboards).

Other things to note
 

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is enforced.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of Seaside to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
