Guest access

Spot for one car in the garage and two cars on in the driveway in addition to the golf cart. EV Charger available in the garage for electric car charging on the go!

Located less than a half-mile from the property, the new Highway 98 Underpass makes it easy to bike directly to Highway 30A without having to cross busy roads! This art-filled pathway, featuring vibrant murals and sculptures, is both a safe and scenic way for guests looking to explore the area!

Other things to note
  • Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
  • Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East, or to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
  • We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
  • Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to golf cart, bikes, hot tub, etc.
  • Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by golf cart, bikes, hot tub or other amenities provided to guests.
