The space

HOME HIGHLIGHTS:

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (SLEEPS 13 + 2 on a provided air mattress if needed)

• Living space with queen sized sleeper sofa

SECOND FLOOR:

• Main living space, kitchen, dining room, balcony
• Office nook
• Half bathroom

THIRD FLOOR:

• Master Bedroom 2 - King bed with en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, glass shower and private balcony access
• Guest Bedroom 3 - Queen bed and shared bathroom with shower/tub combination and private balcony access
• Guest Bedroom 4 - Queen bed and shared bathroom with shower/tub combination and private balcony access
• Guest Bedroom 5 - Twin over full bunk bed with en-suite bathroom with glass shower

There is also a queen size air mattress and pack n' play provided at no additional charge.

Other things to note

• Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East, or to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to golf cart, bikes, hot tub, etc.
• Southern Holiday Homes LLC can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by golf cart, bikes, hot tub or other amenities provided to guests.
