The space

Welcome to 'Lucky Lagoon!' This unit has been thoughtfully curated with the guests in mind. From the designer furnishings with an elegant coastal feel to the large comfortable beds that sleep up to 8 people (a queen size air mattress can be left out upon request) and a beautiful balcony overlooking the Seacrest pools and green space, no detail has gone unnoticed!

This open-concept light and airy condo will welcome you with its relaxing vibe for your next family vacation! The living room offers comfortable and tasteful furnishings, and opens on to the outdoor balcony. The dining table is great for playing games or sharing a family meal, or you can lounge and eat outside al fresco on the balcony with the ocean breeze! The stunning kitchen features quartz countertops, an oversize island, and breakfast bar seating for 4.

There are three spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed, and boasts an impressive en suite bathroom with double vanities and walk-in glass shower and separate soaking tub. There is a second king bedroom with en suite (shared) bathroom also, and a third bedroom with queen over queen size bunk beds, also with an en suite (shared) bathroom.

The garage also has an air hockey table, pop-a-shot, pac man and lounge areas for your enjoyment!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 8, Queen Air Mattress adds sleeping for 2 additional):

• Master Bedroom: King bed and private en suite bathroom with walk-in glass shower + double vanities + large separate soaking tub
•  Bedroom 2: King bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in glass shower + double vanities (shared)
• Bedroom 3: Queen over queen bunk beds and en suite bathroom with walk-in glass shower + double vanities (shared)

There is also a full bathroom in the garage with tub/shower combination for easy use from the pool!

Guest access

The beach access is an EASY couple minute walk right down across 30A on a mostly shaded trail - requiring no bike, golf cart or car! The beach access is PRIVATE DEEDED ACCESS for Seacrest guests only!

The parking is first come first serve and allows for 3 cars.

Other things to note

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
• Maximum occupancy is enforced.
• Pets are not allowed.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
