Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Seagrove Beach nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest and Seaside and WaterColor (1 miles to the west on 30A), this magnificent vacation home features sleeping accommodations for up to 16 guests, with plenty of space to spread out and make yourselves at home!

Specifically, the first floor has an open kitchen and living room that features plenty of comfortable seating including an eat-in kitchen island with 4 bar stools, a separate dining area that seats 8, and a half bathroom.

The second floor hosts two king bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms and both with private access to beautiful porches.

The third floor houses one more king bedroom with en suite bathroom + private porch access, and the kid-friendly bunk room with two sets of built in bunks (full over full size beds) + a sleeper sofa + a kitchenette and spacious area for playing. The bunk room also has an en suite bathroom with large bathtub/shower combo and private porch access.

• Bunk Room 4 - Two sets of full over full size bunk beds, en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination, private porch access, living area/play area for kids, built-in kitchenette

There is a pack n' play and air mattress available upon request.

Other things to note

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is enforced.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
• Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
