This beach retreat is located on a quiet street in the heart of Seagrove, in the ultra-desirable area adjacent to Eastern Lake. The house has 4 bedrooms (including the 3rd floor) and 4.5 bathrooms that sleep 12, plus an air mattress available for use.

• Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with en suite bathroom glass shower and private porch

A pack n' play and air mattress are there for guests' use.

We also manage the 3 houses adjacent to this one which is a great option for families looking to vacation together but needing more space!

Guest access

Private deeded beach access, and inclusive access to two community pools (one of which is heated).

There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars.

Other things to note

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
• Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is enforced.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
