The space

Welcome to 'Feelin' Tip'Sea!' This house truly has everything anyone could want in a vacation home!  

From a heated private pool, to top-of-the-line appliances, a private built in desk/work space, 3rd floor lookout tower with Gulf views, second floor wrap around balcony with a ping pong table, to the gorgeous coastal decor and front porch perfect for entertaining, dining and relaxing - plus 4 complimentary top-of-the-line YOLO bikes and board games for the family's enjoyment - this fully-equipped home is the perfect spot for memories to be made! There is also 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests' use as well as corn hole to play in the yard!

This GORGEOUS home is situated in the Park District of the WaterColor community, making for easy and quick access to WaterColor's numerous amenity offerings (the WaterColor Beach Club, Boathouse, Camp WaterColor, etc. just to name a few)!

The gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a spacious dining area with doors that open on to the porch. Also located upstairs is the master bedroom which features a king sized bed and an attached private bath. Sit and enjoy the Florida breezes while relaxing on one of the covered porches or cruise over to Seaside for more eating, shopping and entertainment!

• This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. 
  Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.
  
  There is parking for 1-2 cars in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community.

WaterColor was named the #1 family vacation destination in the US, and was also recently on the cover of Southern Living magazine!  WaterColor is one of the most desirable neighborhoods on all of 30A!  This charming neighborhood of the 'Emerald Coast' along the Gulf of Mexico is known for its white sand beaches and Caribbean-like waters, casual-Southern vibe, beautiful coastal dunes, great water-front dining options, and friendly people.  It is a 500 acre community with award winning tennis facilities, and acres of parks + gardens + fountains + pathways throughout!

Conveniently located right next to the town center of Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, this neighborhood of charming coastal homes and mature tree-shaded streets is the place to be!

Nestled in WaterColor’s residential area, the WaterColor BoatHouse sits on the Western Lake, a coastal dune lake, and is where you go for water adventure rentals and experiences of all types!  Rent kayaks, SUP boards, canoes and more!  They have lesson, tours, workout classes and fun experiences for all ages!

WaterColor is such a beautiful community, and there are so many ways you can explore!  Walking, biking (4 adult bikes are provided at the house), paddle boarding and kayaking. (can be rented from the BoatHouse which is just a short walk!).  

If you need more than the 4 bikes provided, the WaterColor Bike Barn, located next to the BoatHouse, is a convenient walk to pick up a bike and spend the rest of your day exploring the area’s extensive woodland trail system.  There are miles of scenic nature trails through preserved state park forests and around the area's coastal dune lakes.  If you prefer sticking to the pavement, pedal through WaterColor’s residential lanes and enjoy the shaded roads.  Stop for a glass of wine at The Wine Bar around the corner, then continue your tour taking in the gorgeously-designed homes of this exclusive waterfront enclave.  

There are lots of golf carts in the area since they are street legal on the majority of Highway 30A! 

Guests will have inclusive access to the new Camp WaterColor facilities! This entire establishment is geared towards kids and has: main butterfly pool with monarch slide, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

Additionally, guests will have access to the newly expanded + renovated WaterColor Beach Club. It features a huge main pool and lounge area, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband.

Other things to note

Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved well in advance.

Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am.  These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.

The Watercolor HOA requires all guests 5 years of age and older to wear provided amenity wristbands to access WaterColor amenities such as community pools and the WaterColor Beach area. In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you MUST enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here.  Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost.  

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay

Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.  These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is enforced.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• Any issues caused by golf cart battery dying will be charged to the renters.
• Reservations are fully refundable until 60 days from check-in.
  
  Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
