Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Old Seagrove in Seagrove Beach nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest and Seaside and WaterColor (steps to the west on 30A), this magnificent vacation home features sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests, with plenty of space to spread out and make yourselves at home!

The home has 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms and is loaded with amenities making for the perfect beach getaway!

With designer furnishings throughout, the coastal chic vibe of this house sweeps you away when you first walk in and is in every detail throughout. Boasting tons of natural light, white quartz countertops throughout the kitchen and all bathrooms, an very open concept floor plan, kitchen island with breakfast bar and additional seating, stainless steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, gas range, custom cabinetry and backsplash, and a charming yet comfortable vibe - no detail is forgotten! Five king bedrooms and multiple exterior lounging spaces make for plenty of room for multiple families vacationing together!

It is an easy 3-minute walk to the beach access across the street (see photo for reference).

The beautiful private heated pool has a large sun shelf perfect for little ones to play or adults to lounge! There is also a large private hot tub, and plenty of sun loungers on the spacious patio!

Specifically, the first floor has an open kitchen and living room that features plenty of comfortable seating including an eat-in kitchen island with 4 seats, a separate dining area that seats 14. Additionally, there is one master bedroom on the first floor with a King bed and also a full private en suite bathroom with shower.

Advancing to the second floor of the main house, you'll find four additional King bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Some of these bedrooms also offer access to a beautiful porch, perfect for relaxing. Additionally, there's a kid-friendly bunk room with two sets of built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds. The bunk room has access to the hall bathroom across from it, which includes a large glass shower and is conveniently located near the second living space.

The carriage house is accessible from the second floor and features a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, a built-in wet bar with a beverage fridge, dining area, and a private King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Pack n' play is there for guests' use. An air mattress can be provided to accommodate up to 18 sleeping upon request.

Guest access

There is parking for 6 cars in the driveway depending on the size of the vehicles.

Other things to note 

• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
• LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
• Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
