SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 14 + 2 on provided air mattress if needed):

FIRST FLOOR: 

• Guest Bedroom 1 - Full over full bunk beds with a full-size pull out trundle + en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination
• Kitchenette including refrigerator and microwave
• Game Room that has a 5-in-1 game table with pool, push hockey, ping pong, foosball, corn hole and basketball, plus a full size refrigerator and freezer

SECOND FLOOR:

• Master Bedroom 1 - King bed + en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and glass shower + private balcony access with gorgeous Gulf views
• Living Room - Queen sleeper sofa

THIRD FLOOR:

• Master Bedroom 2 - King bed + en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination + private balcony access
• Master Bedroom 3 - King bed + en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination + private balcony access

Additionally, there is a queen size air mattress and pack n' play kept in home for guests' use at no additional charge.

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and all Seacrest community pools.

There is a complimentary tram that can be used to get to and from the beach that stops right outside the house as well (but we think walking is better from here since it is so close!).

Other things to note

Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.

• Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
• Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is enforced.
• All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
