The space

This magnificent home is perfectly located in the heart of Seaside, overlooking Ruskin Park from all floors and expansive Gulf views from the top floor!

The first floor features a main floor master with doors that open onto a charming patio and Ruskin Park, with a king-sized bed and great sitting area. This room shares a full bath (shower/tub combination) with the first floor bunk room, which features 2 oversize twin built-in bunks and a TV area - great for kids!

The main level is on the second floor. Here you'll find sun-filled, open areas including a stunning living room, open-concept kitchen, dining room with french doors that open onto the balcony overlooking the Park, laundry room, and half bathroom. Additionally, the chef's kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to cook a great family meal!

The third floor houses two additional guest rooms (one king room with en suite bathroom with shower and one queen room adjacent to the full hall bath with shower), and access is available via the spiral staircase. The queen room also has a sofa bed that can be used as either one twin bed, two twin beds, or a couch! Both bedrooms have wonderful views of Seaside and en suite bathrooms.

Lastly, ascend one more flight up the spiral staircase to enjoy the view from the top! There are also two additional twin daybeds up here!

*Passes for the fitness center and three community pools are available for purchase, at a rate of $99 per day + tax. Passes must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay or not at all - partial passes are not available. Our guest service associates are happy to discuss and will take care of this at time of booking. Please provide accurate number of guests one week prior to your arrival or additional fees may apply.

Other things to note
  • Beach chairs should be reserved in advance.
  • We also manage the unit next door (5 bedrooms) if you need even more space!
  • The spiral staircase is very narrow and steep, please use with caution.
  • Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
  • Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
  • Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Maximum occupancy is enforced.
  • All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
  • Wristbands are required to be worn when accessing Seaside amentities. Lost wristbands will result in additional fees to replace.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.

Crossing onto other rooftops is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to immediate eviction.
